Sure Giselle she would clean her room, walk the dog like mom said but as soon as she had enough money saved Giselle planned to run off and join the circus.
this is the cutest doll you've ever done, this week anyway LOL just love her, did you get a chance to check out my blog, I have your doll pictured http://kaeriefaerie52.blogspot.com
OH LOOPY!!! Giselle is wonderful!! I just love her and I am sure she will have a wonderful life with the circus!! What will she do there? perhaps be a contorsionist?? She is super sweet, great job on her!! Love her threads:)
how'd you get the arms and legs to bend like that? i've been thinking i might try just leaving part of the wire armature bare from elbows and knees so the doll would be moveable but i was wondering if there was another way :)
I agree with Kaerie - my absolute favorite! (of the week! LOL!) I Love her little striped sleeves and leggings and THAT hair, the color and the way it's styled- perfect!
Wow Thanks ladies. It's so rare that I use much bright color but I think its really made a difference. I like it too..
For her limbs I sculpted 4 parts, upper arm, lower arm, upper leg etc... I put holes in the ends and then basically created my own jump rings with wire and wired her together. I leave the rings kind of big so they have lots of movement, bending front and back and even sideways. Definitely makes them very animated if not bony kneed:)
Oooh, she is gorgeous! Her little face is perfect. I am really liking the longer arms and legs. I'm also in love with Lula...their features are similar.
